*Safety Guidelines for Masses
Out of charity for others please observe the following safety guidelines when attending Mass.
· Wear a facemask at all times during Mass except when receiving communion. We have extras if you need one.
· Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the church. It is also available at the communion stations.
· Worship aids are being used instead of missalettes at this time. At the end of Mass please discard them in the trash cans provided at the back of church.
· Always maintain a social distance of 6 feet from those who do not live in your household. This includes in the communion line and when leaving church. The blue tape on the floor will help to guide you.
· Do not sit closer than 6 feet to those who do not live in your household.
· If the church has reached its capacity with social distanced seating, you may go down to the church hall to watch the Mass live with a video and sound feed. Communion will be brought downstairs to those who are seated there.
· Instructions on receiving communion safely will be given at Mass.
· Donations may be left in the baskets by the doors.
· Singing by the congregation is temporarily limited to help reduce the spreading of virus caring aerosolized droplets.
You may also find it comforting to know that:
· Doors and windows are being left open to increase ventilation
· Some seats have been blocked off to help us properly social distance
· Our priests and Eucharistic Ministers will set down the Ciborium holding the Eucharist and sanitize, if they think they may have touched someone before continuing to distribute communion.
· Volunteers sanitize the church after each Mass.
· Ushers are available to help you if you have any questions.
