Below you will find a form for online registration well as a downloadable form. If downloading the PDF you may send it to the parish, drop it in the collection basket or scan it and send it to the religious ed office at [email protected]
Registration payments may also be made through this page. Our registration fee is $50 per child but we ask that you remember that no family will ever be turned away because they are unable to pay the registration fee. You may choose whether you prefer to make your payment online, send in a check or request a scholarship.
