2022-23 Online Registration Form for religious education

You may down load a PFD copy of this form to print at home and return to the office or you may complete this form online and submit it.
If your family is new to our program, our Director of Religious Education may be in contact with you to confirm where your child has receive his or her sacraments.
Please remember that while the suggested donation is $40 per student, or $100 per family, no family will ever be turned away because they are not able to pay. If you are not able to pay please just let us know under the donation options and we will know to give your family a scholarship. Those using this option will not be billed. Those who choose the pay later option will receive a payment reminder in October.
